Provinces of Castilla y Leon. Avila is the capital of the province and it's very proud to be the highest capital of Spain, 1126 m over the sea. It's magnificient palaces, cathedral and walls are worth a visit. Avila has been declared Mankind Heritage by the UNESCO.
