Information about the Province of Vizcaya, Bizcaia,, is one of the three Provinces that constitute the Basque Country. Bilbao is the capital city of the province, a big commercial, industrilised and open City that is well worth visiting for the many attractions that it offers, like the Cathedral and the Gughenheim Museum. There is a very popular song about the sardines from the north that says... From Santurce to Bilbao, I come walking on the shore... "Desde Santurce a Bilbao, vengo por toda la orilla ...".
